GENERAL Any valid email address and name submitted via a PlayBook representative or Competition page is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out below. Instructions on ‘How to Enter’ and prizes also form part of these Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail. ELIGIBILITY The Promotion is open to Australian residents who provide their name and email address via the competition link. You must be aged 18 years or over to enter. Parents can enter on behalf of their children. Employees of the Promoter or related companies and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter. DURATION OF PROMOTION The Promotion commences 12.00am AEDT on 06/03/2023 and closes 11.59pm AEDT on 12/03/2023. Any competition submissions made outside of the Promotional Period will be deemed invalid. HOW TO ENTER Eligible Entrants must provide their name and a valid email address via the online form. Incomplete names or invalid email addresses will be deemed invalid. Any costs associated with entering the Promotion, including data costs, are the entrant’s responsibility. This competition is a game of chance. PRIZE ON OFFER One Entrant will receive a $200 PlayBook Gift Certificate. A single winner will be selected on 13/03/2023 at PlayBook HQ. The winner will be notified via their nominated email address, which is registered as per their competition entry. Upon confirmation of acceptance of the prize PlayBook will advise a promotional code that can be utilised for a coaching or mentoring session. Once the booking is made the standard PlayBook T&Cs apply. The gift voucher is valid for 3 months from the winner being notified. Any costs associated with claiming this prize and participating in this coaching session are the entrant’s responsibility. As the winner of this competition your image may be captured or the training session filmed. By entering this competition, you grant PlayBook an irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual licence to use your entry in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using imagery in connection with promotional, marketing or publicity purposes without further reference or payment or other compensation to you. FURTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute. The prize must be taken as offered. The prize is non-refundable and cannot be taken as cash or exchanged. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If the winner does not confirm their acceptance of the prize within two days the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. A redraw may also occur in the event that an Entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions, or has breached these Terms and Conditions. If the prize is unclaimed or un-awarded, a prize redraw will be conducted within the following week at the same place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted via email within two (2) business days.
